Inkjet print from my original watercolour of Scalloway harbour featuring the ruined castle and the pretty row of colourful painted cottages that Scalloway is known for. Also featured is The Booth, the blue building with red shutters that sits right by the water. It is owned by the WASP association in Glasgow and rented out as a residency for art and craft makers on a monthly basis. It means Scalloway has a continuing presence of artists and makers from all over the world coming to study Shetland and use the lower half of the building as a studio. I personally have met and become friendly with many artists who have stayed there, which has been a great pleasure and led to arranging some interesting workshops and art demonstrations. The print is presented in a 10" x 8" ivory mount, with a backing board and sealed in a cellophane bag. This is a standard size so should fit any off the shelf 10" x 8" frame.
