This is the original watercolour painting of East House Croft which is literally round the corner from my house in Papil, Burra. It is mounted and framed in a medium wood frame.  The croft was going to ruin when it was chosen in a tv programme some years ago to be restored with lottery funding and has been preserved as it would have looked as a crofthouse but is now used as a small community hall for social events, weddings, meetings, etc, and is managed by the Burra History Group who often have exhibitions of historic photographs in there.
